Often accompanied by his beautiful cousin
Tia, and his faithful followers
Faelar,
Randall and
Dungon, Ronan is leading the Crusade to find the Sacred Flute, and free the world from the oppressive Drow.
Appearance:
Standing at just over 6 feet, and almost 200 pounds, Ronan is not an imposing man. He is fit, but not overly athletic. His golden brown eyes, and light olive skin make him appear much younger than his 21 years.
His brown hair is slightly curly, which lends and unkempt appearance to it, but anyone who's spent more than ahour with him can figure out that his hair does what it wants. He usually tries to keep it fairly short to prevent it from getting too unruly.
He has taken to sporting a goatee, which he keeps neatly groomed. The goatee helps him appear older.
Attitude:
Ronan typically has a friendly demeanor, but this is changing lately, as the pressures of the world and the search for the flute weight upon him. He tends to be kindly, but somewhat
rash AND obsessive. He frequently complains about being cold, even when performing next to the roaring fireplace of a warm inn.
He particularly adores cheese and red wine, especially while he is playing. His favorite color is blue, and he is somewhat fond of song birds and warm, sunny days.
He does not like Dogs, nor snow and cold. He tends to shy away from physical labor as well.
Background:
Ronan comes from a gypsy clan that plys the roads between the Coastal city of
Sidon, and the northern City of
Zahn. He is the oldest of 6, with 5 younger sisters. He is closer to his cousin
Tia than any of his sisters, however. His clan is almost entirely family, numbering well over 50 individuals.
He and
Tia left "home" in search of adventure, and fine wine in
Tyre when he was 21 (she was 17). Because the clan travels, he is fairly well travelled, "home" really being a crowded wagon he shared with his youngest sisters.
He lost his virginity to a young serving wench in a village outside of
Androna when he was 14.
Some of his family include:
Alternate Identity:
Ian Winters, from the town of
Melite. Ronan will usually play and introduce himself under this identity. It is probably becoming more widely known.

Ronan has written a number of songs, among them are the following:

- The Loser of Hanlar
- Ballad of Orosul
- Celia's Song
- The Fall of Woodhaven

and beyond.
